Money-Back Guarantee Explained
We offer a money-back guarantee for our 25, 40, and 60-hour programs.
We know the time it takes to reliably make significant improvements!
We don’t like fine print, but we need to have a few rules:
- The Money-Back Guarantee is only available to students who have not yet taken or studied for the SAT or ACT and have a baseline score of at least 1000 on the SAT or 19 on the ACT.
- You must complete all tutoring hours and all homework assigned by your tutor (students are given 3 homework "passes").
- You must take a certain number of mock tests (excluding the baseline test), as follows:
25 hours: 4 mock tests
40 hours: 6 mock tests
60 hours: 8 mock tests - To qualify for a refund, you must take the official test twice while working with us and have not improved by the guaranteed amount, based on your superscore. Refund tiers are described, below.
Refund Tiers
50% Refund
If you are 2-3 points away from your guarantee on the ACT or 40-60 points on the SAT.
25% Refund
If you are 1 point away from your guarantee on the ACT or 30 points or less on the SAT.
Note on Maximum Scores: The maximum score we can guarantee is a 34 on the ACT or 1450 on the SAT.
